The large living room with kitchen area, south facing balcony, table and chairs, TV & DVD player also doubles up as a 3rd bedroom with it's pull out bed (makes 2 singles). 

There are two well appointed bedrooms one double and one twin, both boast private ensuite shower room facilities. The thirs room which also houses the small kitchen and dining room has a sofa bed which can sleep another 2 people if needed A third separate shower room with WC is also available in the apartment, providing a generous ratio of bathrooms per person.

Situated on the second floor of Chalet Pre-Fleuri in the traditional village of St Jean de Sixt, is approx 2.5 km (5 minutes) from both La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand town centres. The bus stop is under a minute’s walk from the apartments and goes to Annecy, La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand.
